One-Piece Lug Mount: Sometimes referred to as a lug end cylinder, the WTG boasts a one-piece lug mount that is expertly welded to both the rod and base ends. This robust construction ensures the cylinder's stability and longevity.
Piston: Made from ductile iron, the thread-on piston includes a wear ring to further extend its lifespan.
Piston Rod: Featuring induction hardening and hard chrome plating, the piston rod is designed to withstand high levels of stress.
Base End Mount: Cast 1045 steel, with hardened spring steel bushing and a 1/8” NPT grease zerk for easy maintenance.
Seals: The cylinder boasts Buna o-ring tube seals with poly temp hytrel backup and a deep polypak rod seal with B lip design. These seals are designed to keep your cylinder operating smoothly for longer.
Ports: Recessed SAE O-ring ports and a 360-degree rotating rod end port ensure efficient fluid transfer and ease of use.
